Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures have released the action-packed official trailer for the highly-anticipated Avengers: Infinity War. Just about everyone, from hero to villain, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows up to confront the Mad Titan.

Infinity War is an unprecedented cinematic journey 10 years in the making, spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. The upcoming installment of the Avengers brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their allies must be willing to sacrifice everything in order to defeat the powerful Thanos. Will they be able to stop his blitz of devastation and ruin? Or is this the end of the universe as we know it?

SPOILERS AHEAD! Here are 5 Easter Eggs we spotted in the Avengers: Infinity War trailer:

5) The One-Eyed King!

In the climatic finale of Raganok, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) lost his eye in the midst of battle. Keeping in continuity, Thor is still scarred and his long locks are gone. This time though, Thor unexpectedly meets with the Guardians of the Galaxy, led by Star-Lord (Chris Pratt).

4) The Infinity Gauntlet!

Straight from the comics, the Infinity Gauntlet was designed to hold six gems. We see the CGI-created Thanos (voiced by Josh Brolin) putting the Infinity gems onto his gauntlet before striking Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).

3) My Spidey Sense Is Tingling!

Peter Parker (Tom Holland)‘s spidey sense starts tingling, with the hairs on his arm rising. We then see him wearing the Spider-Man costume that appeared at the end of Homecoming. To be honest, I never liked the Spidey costume from the Civil War comics. I’m really hoping though this costume looks better on the big screen.

2) He Has No Shield!

In continuity with Civil War, Steve Rogers has resigned as Captain America and gave up the shield. Black Widow (Scarlet Johansson) has gone blonde, which suits her by the way. Maybe Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) will be building a new shield before they fight to save Wakanda from the alien invasion.

1) The Tesseract!

10 years in the making indeed! Long ago, we originally thought Joss Whedon would helm Infinity War. Directors Anthony and Joe Russo have throwbacks to previous installments, including the Hulkbuster from Age of Ultron. In another callback, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) appears to be holding the Tesseract from the first movie.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
