NBC continues the action-packed Season 4 drama of Blindspot, Episode 7: Case: Sun, Moon, and the Truth, starring Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton. After the shocking events of Season 3, will Kurt Weller (Stapleton) solve the mystery tattoos before its too late for Jane Doe (Alexander)?
When we last saw the, Remi realized her warehouse has been burned. Pulling out a gun, Kurt now wants answers from the woman he thinks is his wife. Just as their argument escalates, their apartment has been raided.
Having been fired, Reade (Rob Brown) reluctantly finds himself working with FBI director Matthew Weitz (Aaron Abrams). Together, they have to find Zapata (Audrey Esparza) before the CIA does. Matthew then interrogates Madeline Burke (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio).
While Patterson (Ashley Johnson) and Rich Dotcom (Ennis Esmer) are working on finding more of Roman’s data cashes, Remi and Kurt discover who raided them. Eve is the owner of the underground criminal bank that the FBI busted She wants the money that Remi stole.
With bombs strapped to their backs, Remi and Kurt have to break into the FBI facility that is housing the stolen money. Kurt has figured out what happened to Jane. Because she was poisoned, her mind reverted to her previous personality, Remi.
Meanwhile, Zapata has to find an infamous hacker, Del Toro, from the dark web. She does her job, but there’s a reason the hacker is nowhere to be found. In order to work with the hacker, she has to do business with the cartel.
At the FBI evidence vault, Remi makes a play to leave Weller abandoned. She plans to save herself as she brings in the bomb contained in a box. This entire time, Eve just wants the bomb locked in the vault.
Once Remi is gone, Eve and her goons drive away with the bomb. This entire time, Weller has been playing them. He rigged the bomb to explode once Eve and the others drove away from FBI premises.
Now that Patterson and Rich have found info to save Jane, Kurt gets a final phone call from Remi. Jane is no more, she says. Kurt will never stop fighting until he gets back his wife somehow.
The next time they see each other, Remi promises to kill Kurt.
