4) Best Car Chase Ever!

Artist Serg Acuña does a great job illustrating the emotional impact of the flashbacks. In the present, Roman tries not to let the crowd’s boos affect him during the match. In the past, Roman was just a child when he witnessed the front-row crowd turn against their hero.

3) The Trippy Colors!

Colorist Doug Garbark does a great job setting the vibrant tones for each flashback. Notice how the palette feels faded because it’s a part of Roman’s memory. The present day is richer and brighter in blue tones.

2) The Guest Stars!

Be on the lookout for Macho Man and Rikishi inside the installment! I love how their cameos are more than just appearances and serve the flashbacks.

1) Easy And Attractive!

If you love Roman Reigns as much as I do, WWE #9 is such an easy and attractive read to dive into! This is quite possibly my favorite issue of the series!
