Full of snappy dialogue and tons of fun wrestling action, WWE  #19 (BOOM! Studios) covers the intense bromance between popular wrestlers, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Readers are definitely going to get a kick out of the wild behind-the-scenes theatrics from their favorite superstars!

5) What Happened Before…

As we previously mentioned, long-time frenemies Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn find themselves reluctantly tempting up. But will Sami Zayn’s wrestling career survive the roller-coaster ride as he stays by Kevin Owens’ side? How long before the two realize they’re manipulating each other?

4) BFF!
Writer Dennis Hopeless continues the hilarious buddy comedy between Owens and Zayn as he examines the toxicity of bromance culture. In one gut-wrenching scene, Hopeless demonstrates how children and adults look up to these wrestling stars. Notice how letterer Jim Campbell shifts style between the kid who idolizes Zayn and the the adult who mocks him.

3) The Artwork!
Artists Serg Acuña does a great job depicting the give and take relationship between Owens and Zayn. They always have to opposite facial expressions in certain panels. The wrestling action is heightened by Doug Garbark’s colors as the ring becomes a big and loud rock concert.

2) The Guest Stars!
Be on the lookout for Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan! Inside the backup issue, writer Julian May and artist Rodrigo Lorenzo capture the father/daughter relationship between Ric and Charlotte Flair.

WWE #19 delivers a rip-roaring buddy comedy as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn as they show who’s boss in the wrestling industry! The WWE comic book series continues to be an entertaining read for comic book and wrestling fans.
