There will be a major character crossing over from The Walking Dead as AMC presents the Season 4 premiere of Fear The Walking Dead. Let’s take an in-depth look and talk about what Morgan (Lennie James)’s highly anticipated crossover.
As we previously mentioned, the world of Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) and her family collides with the arrival Morgan Jones (Lennie James). There is an uncertain present of struggle and discovery as new friends face rival foes and threats. They will fight for each other, against each other, while standing up against the legion of the undead.
[SPOILERS Ahead] Here are 5 thoughts we had on the Fear The Walking Dead Season 4 premiere:
5) How Does Morgan Get There?!?
During the eighth season of The Walking Dead, Morgan became a major participant in the All-Out War in the climatic showdown against Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his bat known as Lucille. Morgan has also been having hallucinations about the Saviors he has previously murdered. How will showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg introduce Morgan on their show?
4) New Faces Meets Familiar Ones!
Maggie Grace (Lost), Garret Dillahunt (Justified), Jenna Elfman (Dharma and Greg) also join James in the new cast. I can’t wait to see how these new faces will interact with Alicia Clark (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Madison Clark (Kim Dickens). The AMC drama feels like it’s aiming for new viewers while pushing their story forward.
3) Land of the Dead Tribute?
In the George A. Romero’s Land of the Dead, an armored personnel vehicle takes down the zombie horde until its stolen. In a 9/11 political and satirical take, the terrorists are using Dead Reckoning against us. I spotted Grace’s armored tank in the trailers, so is this foreshadowing something big and bad to come?
2) The Walker Kills!
In this post-apocalyptic wasteland, how will the Clark family take on the growing number of wakers? How bad is their situation going to get that they need Morgan’s help? After facing the threat of Negan and the Saviors, is there anything Morgan cannot do?
1) I Can’t Wait For This Scene!
TheWonderCon trailer teased Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) getting his butt kicked. Morgan shows off his swinging skills as he knocks Nick around more than once. You can’t say, he didn’t deserve it!
The Season 8 finale of The Walking Dead airs before the Season 4 premiere of Fear the Walking Dead on April 15th, 2018 at 10pm.
