DC UNIVERSE announces exciting new panels and pop-up events for Harley Quinn fans fellow during the upcoming New York Comic-Con 2019. Back at the heart of the Big Apple, get ready for DC and Warner Bros. to bring Harley Quinn to the Big Apple in a huge way!.
As we previously mentioned, Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is directed by Cathy Yan. The film stars Margot Robbie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Rosie Perez, Chris Messina, Ewan McGregor, Roman Sionis, and Ella Jay Basco. Yan directs from a script by Christina Hodson, based on characters from DC Comics. Robbie also produced, alongside Bryan Unkeless and Sue Kroll. The film’s executive producers are Walter Hamada, Galen Vaisman, Geoff Johns, David Ayer and Hans Ritter.

5) Harley Quinn In Comics!
Harley Quinn will be celebrated at the convention with a panel, hosted by Damian Holbrook, and featuring writers and artists. This panel will be held at NYCC on Saturday, October 5th from 5:15-6:15 (Room 1A21).
4) The Animated Series!
Fans will also get a chance to catch an early look at DC UNIVERSE’s adult animated action-comedy series. Watch Harley Quinn on Sunday, October 6 at The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden at 1:05 pm. An NYCC badge is required for this one.
3) The Harley Quinn Gallery!
Starting Friday, October 4th, 2019 at the DC UNIVERSE Headquarters (#DCUHQ). Make sure to head on over to the Hudson Yards Loft. This is the debut of “The Fantabulous Evolution of One Harley Quinn Gallery,” an immersive pop-up installation. No badge required for this one!
2) Mischievous Fun!
Comic book artist and concept artist for the DCU animated show, Amanda Conner describes the appeal, “Harley is allowed to be human, just like the rest of us. She can have fun, make mistakes, throw tantrums…you have a lot of characters that have to be perfect, but she can be imperfect. And what’s really fun is she gets to do all the mischievous and fiendish things that the rest of us can only fantasize about doing.”
1) Birds Of Prey!
The DC booth (#SC4001) opens Thursday with the reveal of several never-before-seen Birds of Prey character costumes from the film. Fans can take part in photo opportunities, giveaways and cosplay meet-ups.
New York Comic Con will begin on Thursday, October 3rd 2019 and ends on Sunday, October 6th 2019. Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) opens in theaters and IMAX nationwide on February 7, 2020.
