4) How Do You Get Away Clean!?!
Airing Sunday May 6th, 2018, in Getting Away Clean, the Deception team may be getting an unforeseen partner. Meanwhile, Gunter (Vinnie Jones) makes an unexpected discovery! Will his discovery change the team’s lives forever?
3) Trust Issues!
In our must-see clip, Kay Daniels (Hadera) is currently working on a new case. Unfortunately, there seems to be a rift between Kay and Cameron (Scott). Following the events of Sacrifice 99 To Fool One and Multiple Outs, Cameron has to deal with the consequences of his mistakes. Will Kay and Cameron be able to patch things up?
2) More Emotion!
Executive Producer Chris Fedak describes the tone of the upcoming episode, “I was wracking my brains after the last two episodes, which was our two parter. They were big and epic! The Mystery Woman was a super-villain straight out of a James Bond movie. What is the thing to come after that? I really wanted to change up the beat a little bit. I wanted to make something a little character-based and a little bit more emotional.”
1) A New York Story!
Fedak adds, “With Getting Away Clean, let’s go back to New York. Let’s do a New York story. Cameron had made big decisions in episodes 7 and 8. Those decisions, which made sense in the moment, caused a schism within the teams, especially between Kay and Cameron. We wanted to explore that. Doing a story like Getting Away Clean, setting it in Brooklyn, was a great way to do that! I wanted this episode to go from epic action to something more street level.”
Airing after American Idol, get ready for Deception on ABC this Sunday at 10pm.
