Warner Home Video brings the action-packed Season 2 drama of Blindspot, starring Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton, onto DVD and Blu-Ray. Find out what secrets, twists and turns lie for Jane Doe (Alexander) and Kurt Weller (Stapleton) as they investigate the cases behind the mystery tattoos.
As we previously mentioned, Blindspot follows Jane Doe (Alexander), who has no memory of who she is. Jane’s only clues are covered all her tattooed body. With the help of FBI agent Kurt Weller (Stapleton) and his Critical Incident Response Group, Jane has to figure what the mysterious tattoos mean before Sandstorm completes their mission.
SPOILERS AHEAD! Here are 5 reasons why you should get the second season of Blindspot on DVD and Blu-Ray:
5. The Fight Scenes!
Watch Jane (Alexander) beat up a bunch of evil henchmen, inside a van, while handcuffed! Then get ready for Jane’s epic hand-to-hand combat against the Big Bad herself, her own mother, Shepherd (Michelle Hurd).
4. The Villains!
Luke Mitchell gives a dynamic performance as Jane’s psycho brother, Roman, who always makes the audience question which side he’s on. Ennis Esmer always delivers the laughs when he shows up as Rich Dotcom. Firefly fans will be ecstatic when they see Jewel Staite as crime boss Kiva Garen!
3. Rhonda Rousey!
Audrey Esparza stole the show, in quite possibly the best episode of the season, when Tasha had her own prison break with guest star, UFC bantamweight Ronda Rousey. In Words, Drown I, Esparza demonstrated she can kick butt too alongside the mixed martial artist and hold her own. This is Esparza at her best and Tasha at her most memorable!
2. That Cliffhanger!
When we last saw the badass couple, years have passed since Kurt and Jane stopped Sandstorm’s grand plan for Phase Two. Though they have separated, Kurt traveled around the world to find Jane. They may have stopped Phase Two from being completed, but Jane’s neck tattoo warns them of another sinister plan in the works. Can someone explain to me how Tasha, Reade (Rob Brown), and Patterson (Ashley Johnson) were all kidnapped!?!
