After Harvey Specter (Macht) and Mike (Adams) find themselves in a new case together, they need Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) to prepare Donna (Sarah Rafferty) for trial. Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) continues to work on a pro bono case with her father, Robert Zane (Wendall Pierce).

Because Andy Mali is playing dirty tricks of his own, Donna has to recount her side of the story when Harvey was at the DA’s office. In order for Louis to prepare Donna for trial, he has to dig into her love-life. But as soon as he writes down the questions, Louis chickens out and abandons Donna in her hour of need.
Robert has flashbacks about his sister, Rachel’s aunt. She told Robert that she was being sexually harassed by the CEO, but he did nothing. Rachel was just a little girl when Robert received the call that his sister passed away.
Alex Williams (Dulé Hill) is having problems of his own. Bratton’s replacement at his old firm wants payback and poaches one of Alex’s clients. Alex attempts to buy time and asks Louis to convince Dr. Lipschitz (Ray Proscia) to pretend to be someone else. After Lipschitz bails, Alex records his enemy’s confession, putting both in a compromising situation.
Because Donna is so unprepared at the trial, Andy humiliates her and gets the judge’s approval to head to trial. Mike has one more move to play. Before he takes on Andy again, Mike asks Donna how she really feels about Harvey.

Turns out the CEO is even more of a sleaze ball and has a history of harassment. In front of her father, the CEO mocks Rachel with sexually crude statements. Robert ends up revealing that this is payback; which is enough for a dismissal.
Rachel gets back at the CEO and sits in a boardroom meeting. She reveals to the executives that the CEO will end up with another lawsuits and they will pay up again. The executives reluctantly sign together to dismiss the CEO from his position.
After taking down Andy, he then attempts to go after Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres). To save her from disbarment, Harvey has to buyout her stocks and take control of the firm.
Louis reveals to Donna that Sheila hurt him so much. She’s supposed to be with him. Louis’ words have an effect on Donna as she ends up kissing Harvey.
