Since the first issue, the popular drug that everybody is talking about is made from humans! The ashes that the users are inhaling actually come from the dead. After a devastating loss at the hands of the cartel, the Winters family has to pull together after a hard-hitting turmoil.

Interestingly, writer Cullen Bunn spotlights the drug trade through business ethics. The Winters family have to develop a new strain of their drug in order to compete. Unfortunately, this new strain brings in deadlier consequences on the users. Letterer Ed Dukeshire changes the fonts and pops out the dialogue when the trippy hallucinations start.

Artist Jonas Scharf does something incredibly horrifying that will bring unsettling chills to the reader. In the narrative, one unlucky junkie gets the to taste the new strain. Scharf brings out the shocking horror in a phenomenal looking one-pager.

Colorist Alex Gumaraes heightens the green tones throughout the pages. Green can be quite relaxing, especially in the background, when the characters are playing golf. Then, green is quite terrifying in the drug den.  

With unforgettable imagery, Bone Parish #6 brings out the best in horror and crime! An enticing read, I’m anxiously awaiting for the next issue!
