Before returning from hiatus, lets take a look back on the crazy action and insane plot twists from episodes 9-12 from Blindspot Season 3 on NBC. Are Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) ready to face each other after a major secret from their past is revealed?
As we previously mentioned, the third season of Blindspot follows Jane Doe (Alexander), who has been mysteriously covered with bioluminescent tattoos. Jane’s only clues are covered all her tattooed body. With the help of her husband (maybe former), Kurt Weller (Stapleton), and the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group, Jane has to figure what these mysterious tattoos mean before a major disaster occurs.
[If you’re not caught up, watch the previous episodes on the NBC app or catch up with our recent recaps! SPOILERS AHEAD!!] Check out our recent thoughts on this third season of Blindspot:
12) Will Roman Actually Kill Them!!!
During the cliffhanger, Two Legendary Chums, Roman (Luke Mitchell) has gotten so close to Hank Crawford (David Morse). Will he actually fulfill Hank’s orders? Will Roman take down his Jane, her daughter/his niece once and for all? Will Kurt and the rest of the FBI team end up dead as well?
11) Mother & Daughter Reunited!
In Technology Wizards, Avery (Kristina Reyes) was rescued by Jane, her own mother, but that doesn’t mean all is forgiven. Jane technically abandoned her all those years. Will Jane let her daughter use her so that Avery can get revenge against Hank Crawford?
10) The Femme Fatale!
Balance of Might is the episode where we’re kinda wondering whose side Tasha (Audrey Esparza) is really on. I’m not a fan of the Will They or Won’t They relationship between Tasha and Reade (Rob Brown)? But I do like that Tasha is manipulating the team and possibly having an affair with Keaton (Chad Donella).
9) They Can’t Have Nice Things!
Hot Burning Flames started off the breakup arc between Jeller, which Jaimie Alexander teased up back at the season premier . First Jane took off her wedding ring and almost had a fling with a former lover. But now, she has her daughter back and wants to work things out with Kurt. Is it possible though?
BONUS:
This breakup arc has rolled out better than I expected because of Alexander’s stellar performance!
Blindspot returns this Friday March 2nd at 8pm.
