From TT Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 presents its first trailer showcasing our favorite heroes and villains. Baby Groot and Spider-Gwen are just some of the playable characters arriving on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The LEGO videogame teases gamers with a head-to-head confrontation with the time-traveling Kang the Conqueror. Players will duke it out in an epic battle across Ancient Egypt to New York City in 2099. In each level, gamers will be able to take control of their favorite Marvel characters, from Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, to Green Goblin. Players will be able to pick out dozens of Marvel superheroes and other super-villains.

Check out our 5 thoughts on the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 trailer:

1. First Things First, I Want To Play This Game!

4. Guardians of the Galaxy

With Volume 2 in theaters and enjoying its box-office success, the Guardians of the Galaxy are the major focus of the trailer. The adorable Baby Groot runs screaming from the explosions and laser beams. Baby Groot finds rescue from two of his loyal teammates, Rocket Raccoon and Star-Lord. It’s a shame we won’t hear the voice work of Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel though.

3. Spider-Verse

There appears to be a tear across the Marvel universe. Spider-Gwen, the Gwen Stacy of Earth-65, shows up spinning her web, swinging through the cityscape. Spider-Man 2099, Miguel O’Hara from Earth-928, also makes a memorable introduction in the trailer. All that’s left is Spider-Pig to show up!

2. Planet Hulk

Straight from the comics, we see the Incredible Hulk is his gladiator outfit. A nice tie-in to Thor: Ragnarok, the character design even has the medieval helmet with red mohawk. Throwing in some shade, Thor has a big hearty laugh at Thanos, the Mad Titan responsible for all this chaos.

1. Group Photo!

Every single character in the game shows up for the wide shot at the end of the trailer. Interestingly, Ms. Marvel appears to as one of the playable characters in the game. Can’t wait to see how she fits into the overall story arc!

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 will hit stores on November 14, 2017.
