DC Universe continues the critically acclaimed Titans with Season 2, Episode 12: Faux-Hawk, starring Brenton Thwaites and Teagan Croft. After the first season finale, Dick Grayson (Thawites) hopes to train Raven (Croft) and Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) as new members to the new superhero team he’s trying to rebuild.
Outside of Cadmus, Mercy Graves (Natalia Gumede) releases Beast Boy onto the world. As classical music plays, Beast Boy turns into a vicious tiger and starts attacking innocent civilians. Beast Boy cries as he realizes he has become a killing machine.
Elsewhere, Donna Troy (Connor Leslie) and Dove (Minka Kelly) break into a Cadmus agent’s home. Using her glowing lasso, Donna gets the truth out of the agent, phase two is about to behind. While Dove debates about bringing in Hawk, Mercy discovers her master plan has been discovered and decides to move up Phase Two’s start date.
Meanwhile, Kory (Anna Diop) and Raven are arguing as they search for Grayson. During the night, Hawk (Alan Ritchson) earns his money by participating in underground cage matches. By the end of the match, Hawk is reeling from his bruises and gets his hands on cocaine.
After a one-night stand, Hawk discovers his costume has been stolen. There is a new Hawk going around, stealing detergent from a laundromat. Turns out this new Hawk lies to promote his work through selfie videos on Instagram.
Jason Todd (Curran Walters) gets a text from Raven; the Titans need him. Rose (Chelsea Zhang) then reveals how she discovered her meta-human powers. Slade Wilson (Esai Morales) had an affair with another woman and passed down his powers to his daughter.
While Deathstroke was training her as Ravager, Rose received a bank account with millions of dollars. To avenge her brother’s death, Rose’s job was to infiltrate the Titans from within and tear them apart. In order to get Grayson’s attention, Deathstroke would have to gouge out her eye.
Filled with anger and regret, Jason storms out of the room. Hawk discovers his costume wasn’t stolen. He sold his costume in order to get more coke from his dealer. Hawk struggles to keep himself clean; he knows exactly who he is when he has the costume on.
Grayson meets with Stu and Lily to get his costume. He has to honor his promise to Jericho’s mother. He has to bring back Jericho alive.
After getting stabbed by his father, Jericho (Chella Man)’s soul traveled into Deathroke’s body. While Deathstroke fights to control his body, Jericho’s light is fading.
