From CinemaCon 2018, Amazon Studios and K Period Media have released the teaser poster from the highly anticipated horror film, Suspiria. Based on the cult masterpiece from Dario Argento, the cast includes Dakota Johnson, Mia Goth, Chloë Grace Moretz, Tilda Swinton, and features the return of the original starlet, Jessica Harper.
As we previously mentioned, the horror remake time-travels back to 1977 Berlin, where a young American woman joins a prominent dance company. After dance members begin to mysteriously disappear, she suspects the company of hiding a disturbing secret.
5) The Artwork!
Open your mind and stretch your imagination. #Suspiria is coming to theaters this fall.

If you notice on the teaser poster, the S is bloody and resembles an inkblot test. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me but does the white blot resemble a screaming face? The teaser art comes from Dan Perri, the master title artist behind Star Wars and The Exorcist. Perri helped with the design for director Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming film.
4) The Music!
We reported before that Amazon Studios and K Period Media announced the composer behind the Suspiria remake. For the first time ever, the lead singer of the alternative rock band Radiohead, Thom Yorke will be scoring a feature film. I hope the trailer comes with Yorke’s music!

According to Bloody-Disgusting, Guadagnino and the 50 Shades Freed actress were on hand to present a clip from their movie. The footage featured Johnson controlling the body of another woman as she dances. All of a sudden, there’s body being torn apart! Did I mention there’s spitting, urinating, and bleeding!?! Oh my!!
2) Therapy Sessions For Everyone!
In an interview with Elle, Johnson reveals filming the remake had “f*cked me up so much that I had to go to therapy.” She adds. “We were in an abandoned hotel on top of a mountain. It had 30 telephone poles on the roof, so there was electricity pulsating through the building, and everyone was shocking each other. It was cold as shit, and so dry.”
1) I Need The Trailer!
No word yet when the trailer is coming out. I’m anxious waiting to see a trailer of this movie!
Suspiria will arrive in theaters sometime in the Fall 2018.
