Even after she tells him they’re sleeping together, Jonathan asks Dina to steal Mike Alvarez (Amaury Nolasco)’s ID and find out what’s in the redacted file. Dina finds nothing in the FBI file, never realizing Mike’s badge was pick-pocketed from her.

While rescuing the next target, Cameron takes his place. Anne takes the shot, unknowingly hitting protective glass. After Jordan triangulates where the shot came from, Mike arrives at the location and arrests Anne. Thinking the case is over, Isaac and Kay reunite for dinner.

While talking to Jonathan on the phone, Cameron realizes he’s jealous of Isaac because he has feelings for Kay. Cameron and Mike suddenly discover something about Kay from the Redbird file. Isaac’s name is on the list and he was once engaged to Kay; they’re the next targets on the list.

During dinner, Isaac and Kay attempt to warm up to each other. Their feelings are still there but Isaac held out the truth; he was Redbird, the leader of the kill raid. Anne’s lover is actually listening in on their romantic conversation outside the restaurant.

In the race to find Kay and Isaac, Cameron jumps out of the FBI van and runs into traffic. The shooter is about to pull out his gun when Cameron spots them and drunkenly professes his love to Kay. When the shooter fires at Cameron, Mike shoots back at him, saving everyone.

Back at the restaurant, Isaac tells Kay that there was some truth behind Cameron’s profession. Their relationship though is still on the rocks as duty calls. As Kay tends to Cameron’s wounds, their get-together is ruined by sudden bad news.
