Before it’s official premiere, Netflix has released the first two official photos from the highly anticipated new drama, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Straight from the darker side of Archie Comics, join Kiernan Shipka as she becomes the live-action version of Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
Sabrina wrestles to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.

5) It’s Sabrina!
Dressed in red, Shipka looks like she’s carrying something in her hand. Is it a log she’s carrying? Or maybe the Mad Men actress is holding an axe?
4) Rosemary’s Baby!
Just like Riverdale, writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa dives into the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina as a dark coming-of-age tale. Add the horror and you’re got the occult and witchcraft added to the twisted mix! It’s like Rosemary’s Baby starring Sabrina The Teenage Witch!
3) Bone-Chilling!
This is a scene from the dark baptism of Sabrina! It looks scary as hell and I am here for this!
2) Mad Men!
Let me say this out loud, Kiernan Shipka was simply amazing in Mad Men! Throughout seven seasons, Shipka demonstrated she could handle such adult-themed topics — such as divorce, womanhood, and first crushes — as Sally Draper. You were either feeling sorry for Sally or Shipka just made you ugly cry!

Joining Shipka on the show are Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Ross Lynch, Michelle Gomez, Chance Perdomo, Jaz Sinclair, Richard Coyle, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, Abigail Cowen, Lachlan Watson, Bronson Pinchot and Gavin Leatherwood.
