Knowing that her father is involved, Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) is furious with Mike that she’s being kept out of the loop. Mike is having doubts on his own about bringing in Frank’s testimony. Frank wants to reveal the truth because he wants to redeem himself in the eyes of his daughter. Unfortunately, if Frank speaks in court, Alex goes to jail for a crime he didn’t commit.

Donna (Sarah Rafferty) sets up a date with her former lover, Mark Meadows (Jay Harrington). Though he is still married, Mark has never forgotten about Donna. He wants to see her one last time before heading back home. Because she is jealous over Harvey’s new love, Donna almost has an affair with him.

Sheila Sazs (Rachael Harris) makes a surprise visit to Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman)’s life. She is also getting married but wants to have one last fling with Louis. Rachel understands Louis just wants sex to feel good about himself but it does come with a price tag.

Just when Robert Zane is about to granted permission to get Frank Gallo to testify in court, Harvey turn the tables on him. Harvey reveals to the judge that Frank previously sent death threats to Robert’s daughter. In the bathroom, Robert is about to punch Harvey because Mike stops him; this is all part of Rachel’s plan.

Robert refuses to stand down and promises to continue going after Frank. Just when Harvey has a trick up his sleeve, he learns from a judge that Frank is dead. Harvey then meets with the prison manufacturer, who set up Frank’s death.

Robert and Harvey have been working together all this time against the prison manufacturer. Frank had already confessed on camera before his death and implicated him. Deals are then made, which forces Thomas Bratton (Al Sapienza) to resign from his firm and frees Alex from all wrongdoing.

While Dr. Paula Agard (Christina Cole) celebrates her two-month anniversary with Harvey, Robert and Mike pay tribute to Frank. Mike tells Frank’s daughter that in the end, he wasn’t a bad man after all.
