Showtime continues Twin Peaks: The Return with the latest nostalgic shocker, Episode 15: There’s Some Fear In Letting Go. In the fifteenth episode, original stars, Kyle MacLachlan and Mädchen Amick, reunite along with new faces in the continuation of David Lynch’s mystery/crime drama.

After her talk with Dr. Jacoby (Russ Tamblyn), Nadine Hurley (Wendy Robie) meets with Big Ed Hurley (Everett McGill) and tells him he should be with Norma (Peggy Lipton). Ed tries to tell Norma he’s free but first she has business to deal with. Norma breaks off her contract and ends her relationship with her boyfriend. Shelly (Amick) tears up as she sees Norma and Ed back together in love.

Finally reaching the coordinates Ray gave him, evil Dale (MacLachlan) finds the hideout of Philip Jeffries (David Bowie). At the abandoned gas station, the Homeless Man take evil Dale to a special room. Jeffries is something else now; we just hear his voice.

In Fire Walk With Me, Philip Jeffries (David Bowie) mentions a woman named Judy. Evil Dale wants to know why Judy is so important and what does she want with him. Philip Jeffries disappears and Evil Dale finds himself face-to-face with Richard Horne (Eamon Farren). Meanwhile, Evil Dale’s hit squad takes out the corrupt casino owner.

Back at Twin Peaks, Gersten Hayward (Alicia Witt) finds herself lost in the woods with Becky’s ex, Steve (Caleb Landry Jones). Not only is Steve going through withdrawal symptoms, he has a gin in his hand. Gersten runs away just before Steve points the gun to his head and blows his brains out.

Elsewhere, Dougie is having his desert when he hears the name, Gordon Cole, during Sunset Blvd. It seems Dale Cooper is struggling to snap out of his trance inside Dougie’s body. Janey-E Jones (Naomi Watts) screams after Dougie electrocutes himself.

At the Roadhouse, James Hurley (James Marshall) says hello to Shelly’s friend, which angers her husband. Just as they are about to fight, James’ friend knocks out the husband with his green iron fist. The punch is killing the husband, who’s foaming at the mouth. James then finds himself in a jail cell with Chad and the blind woman from the Black Lodge.

At the police station, Deputy Chief Tommy ‘Hawk’ Hill (Michael Horse) received a call from The Log Lady (Catherine E. Coulson). This is the last time they will speak to each other. The Logy Lady bursts into tears, revealing she’s dying.

Sheriff Frank Truman (Robert Forster) is then surrounded by Deputy Bobby Briggs (Dana Ashbrook), Deputy Andy Brennan (Harry Goaz), and Lucy (Kimmy Robertson). Hawk walks in to them and tells them the sad news. The Log Lady has passed away.

Twin Peaks: The Return continues Sundays at 9pm on Showtime.
