Lionsgate Home Entertainment is bringing the action-packed crime caper, Free Fire starring Brie Larson, onto DVD and Blu-Ray. This nostalgic pistol opera set in 1970s features stylish shoot-outs, unexpected plot twists, and must-see performances.

Free Fire takes place when a black-market arms deal in Boston goes outrageously wrong. Justine (Larson) suddenly finds herself caught in the crossfire. She is forced to navigate through a warehouse full of trigger-happy madmen. Under a hail of bullets, every gun-fighter is hanging on for their dear life.

Here are 5 reasons why you should pick up Free Fire on DVD and Blu-Ray!

5) The Ensemble Cast

The ensemble cast also includes Sharlto Copley (District 9), Armie Hammer (The Social Network), Cillian Murphy (Batman Begins), and Jack Reynor (Sing Street). Everywhere you look, there is something pretty to look at!

4) Brie Larson is Such A Badass!

After winning her Academy Award in Room and landing her superhero role in Captain Marvel, Brie Larson continues to demonstrate that she’s a true badass! Larson exudes toughness in her femme fatale role as she holds her own against her macho heavyweights.  You will definitely laugh-put-loud and root for Justine when Larson delivers, “Ugh men…”

3) The Wardrobe!

With the black action/comedy set during the ‘70s, characters are wearing polyester suits. The 21 Jump Street actress oozes sexiness with her stunning blue outfit and stylish scarf. The Lone Ranger actor sports a thick beard and defines coolness with his turtleneck sweater. The Peaky Blinders actor has the right look with his trim mustache and long hair.

2) The Action!

The High-Rise director, Ben Wheatley, keeps the action all in setting. The Mexican standoffs are stylish in their choreography without feeling repetitive. The dark humor shines when the tension escalates.
