Warner Home Video brings Season 2 of the CW drama, Legends of Tomorrow starring Caity Lotz (Mad Men) and Victor Garber (Titanic), onto DVD and Blu-Ray. Get ready for the DC Comics superhero team to take on the super-villain squad, the Legion of Doom!

As we previously mentioned, the second season follows Sara Lance (Lotz) and the rest of the Legends as they deal with the demise of The Time Masters. With new members Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) and Steel (Nick Zano) joining the team, they never realized The Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher) was secretly re-writing history. Recruiting past enemies, The Reverse-Flash has lined up Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), and Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) to take down our misfit heroes.

[SPOILERS Ahead] We have 5 reasons why you should get Legends of Tomorrow on DVD and Blu-Ray:

5) The Legion of Doom!

Possibly one of the best espies of second season, The Legion of Doom puts the Reverse-Flash center-stage and allows Matt Letscher to revel in being the Big Bad. This isn’t about world domination; this about self-preservation! In another standout episode, Moonshot, Brandon Routh brings his A-Game and delivers a solid performance as Ray Palmer is trapped in the same room with the yellow speedster.

4) Prison Break Reunion!

I just love Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell when they share a scene together! Viewers get to see a different side of Captain Cold, who’s more conniving and amoral in Doomworld. Blake Neely brings in the feels with their piano theme resurfaces in Aruba.

3) Super-Friends!

The four-part Invasion! crossover, with Supergirl, Arrow, and The Flash, concludes here. A big round of applause for Caity Lotz and Carlos Valdes (Cisco Ramon) who finally get to share a scene together in the epic climatic finale! She’s a badass and he’s a geek; they made it work!

2) That Ending!

The season season finale ends with the team lost somewhere in time, in an alternate universe! Somehow the present day is mixed in with the past and future, and there’s a dinosaur involved! I can’t wait for Season 3!
