Titans Season 2 Fall, DC Universe

Announced at the recent WonderCon, DC Universe has staked the Fall 2019 season for the highly anticipated Season 2 return of Titans, starring Brenton Thwaites and Anna Diop. Check out the exciting slate of new characters who will pop up for the sophomore season.

A team of young superheroes led by Batman’s first Robin form to combat evil and other perils.

SPOILERS! Here are 5 reasons we’re excited for Season 2 of Titans:

5) That Cliffhanger!

In the first season finale, Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) found himself seduced by the dark side in the alternate dimension. Trigon (Seamus Dever) has resurfaced as Rachel’s father and is intent on destroying as many planets as he can. Will Donna Troy (Conor Leslie) and Starfire (Anna Diop) arrive in time to save the former Robin?

3) That Post Credit Scene!

Something big was happening over in Metropolis. A naked young man had escaped from his prison and just about massacred everybody inside the secret facility. He also released a dog with glowing red eyes from its prison.

4) The Newcomers!

Joshua Orpin has joined as Conner Kent (aka Superboy). Esai Morales plays the infamous Slade Wilson (aka Deathstroke). Chella Man will play Joseph Wilson (aka Jericho) and Chelsea Zhang will play Rose Wilson (aka the Ravager).

2) More Jason Todd!

According to Comic Book, Curran Walters has been moved up to series regular as Jason Todd, the second Robin. Jason really took N.W.A’s song to heart as he gave the police an epic beatdown! What will happen when Jason Todd crosses paths with Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly) arrive in time to save them?

1) The Power Of Differences!

Upon his announcement, Man tweeted, “As a deaf, trans, Jewish POC, I have always reminded myself of the power of differences. It’s a dream come true as I will now be able to showcase this power on the Titans.”

Season 2 of Titans premieres on DC Universe this Fall 2019.
