Suits, Episode 9,

After hitting their 100th milestone, USA Network continues Season 7 momentum with episode 9, Shame, of their popular lawyer drama, Suits, starring Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht. The slick lawyers Mike Ross and Harvey Specter, are back and ready to take on any court case.

After Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) has the affair with Sheila, he finds himself hallucinating, imagining other shaming him. Harvey Specter (Macht) wants to build back his trust with Mike (Adams) as they work on a new case together. Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) is working on a pro bono case with her father, Robert Zane (Wendall Pierce).

While working on their corporate case, Mike and Harvey realize they may be working for a chronic liar. Harvey manages to butt heads with attorney general Andy Mali. The two used to work together at the DA’s office

Andy Mali attempts to gather evidence by created a fake memo that doesn’t exist. He believes Harvey has suppressed evidence just like he did before. Andy is playing dirty tricks of his own and personally wants to ruin Harvey.

Louis is having a bad day and takes out his anger out the associate. After refusing to see his therapist, Dr. Lipschitz (Ray Proscia), Gretchen (Aloma Wrigt) knows something isn’t right with Louis. Filled with fury, Louis almost fires Gretchen.

Even though Gretchen was yelled at by Louis, she won’t allow the associate to bad-mouth her boss. Realizing he almost lost Gretchen, Louis agrees to see Dr. Lipschitz and confesses about the affair. Louis has to learn not to lash out at others.

Working side-by-side, Rachel and Robert are taking on a discrimination lawsuit. But when Robert gets fired up, he ends up creating tension with the employees. Father and daughter then need a break from each other.

Robert explains why he needs to fight the CEO. Robert’s sister, Rachel’s aunt, was sexually harassed by the same CEO; why is why this case is so personal to him. Rachel realizes this is payback for her father and agrees to stay on the same case.

Donna (Sarah Rafferty) ends up telling Rachel about former lover, Mark Meadows (Jay Harrington). Though he is still married, Mark has never forgotten about Donna. Donna almost went into his hotel room and had an affair with him. She gave up on herself to be with Harvey.

Mali has sent a subpoena to Donna. forcing her to take the stand against Harvey. But before she has to take the stand, Harvey and Donna ask for Louis’ help.

Suits continues on USA Network Wednesdays at 9pm.
