DC Universe presents the critically acclaimed Titans Season 2 finale, Episode 13: Nightwing, starring Brenton Thwaites and Teagan Croft. After the first season finale, Dick Grayson (Thawites) hopes to train Raven (Croft) and Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) as new members to the new superhero team he’s trying to rebuild.
At Cadmus, Mercy Graves (Natalia Gumede) demonstrates what Conner (Joshua Orpin) can do with his superpowers to the highest bidders. An attack will happen at the carnival caused by the mind-controlled Beat Boy. After Superboy defeats evil, the highest bidder can do whatever they want with their super-solider.
Elsewhere, Donna Troy (Connor Leslie), Raven, Kory (Anna Diop), Dove (Minka Kelly) get into their car as soon as they discover Phase Two has begin. On their way to the carnival, Deathstroke (Esai Morales) starts shooting at them. After Kory gets hit, Grayson finally shows up as Nightwing,
Meanwhile, Nightwing takes some heavy hits from his fight with Deathstroke. Nightwing calls out to Jericho (Chella Man)’s soul, telling him he’s coming to save him. Just when Nightwing hits the ground, Ravager (Chelsea Zhang) shows up.
As the fight continues, Ravager ends up plunging her sword into Deathstroke. Ravager then asks Jericho to enter her body, just before Deathstroke dies. Ravager can now turn Jericho on and off, allowing him to use her body as his host.
Back at the carnival, Beast Boy as already turned into a flesh-eating tiger. The green tiger takes a vicious beating from Superboy before the Titans arrive. Donna Troy ends up trading punches with Superbly while Raven uses her healing powers to fix Gar’s mind.
With Raven’s powers, Nightwing mind-melds with Superboy. As they share their minds, Nightwing allows Superboy to see the light. Out in the fields of Kansas, Superbly flies up into the sky and wakes up in reality, free of Mercy’s control.
After Bruce Wayne (Iain Glenn) stops the bidding, Kory takes down Mercy. Unfortunately, the intense fight causes an electric tower to fall. Saving innocent lives and Dawn’s in the process, Donna takes in the electricity and holds the tower until her body can’t handle any longer.
At Donna’s funeral, Jason Todd (Curran Walters) watches the reunited team from afar. Raven tells Grayson wants to go with Donna’s coffin to Themyscira. Raven believes she can bring back Donna from the dead.
After the funeral, Grayson and Bruce talk about keeping the family together. Grayson says he is to blame Beast Boys’ capture and for the deaths of innocent lives. Dawn doesn’t want to be with Hank; she does though want to be with Hawk.
The Titans return to the call of duty, never realizes Blackfire’s alien invasion has just begun.
