Amazon Studios unleashes a unique vision of unrelenting horror with Suspiria, starring Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton, on DVD and Blu-Ray. Based on the cult masterpiece from Dario Argento, check out the bonus extras behind this experimental supernatural thriller.

Darkness has been building at the center of a world-renowned dance company. Its artistic director Madame Blanc (Swinton), a young American new to the troupe named Susie Bannion (Johnson), and a grieving psychotherapist (Lutz Ebersdorf) become entangled in a bloody nightmare.

Here are 5 reasons why you have to get Suspiria on DVD/Blu-Ray:

5) Dakota Johnson!

As we mentioned in our review, Dakota Johnson has created a naive and engaging character as Susie Bannion. Her charismatic performance will instantly captivate viewers. Exploring her range, Johnson completely dives into the character arc, particularly in the electrifying dance rehearsal sequences.

4) Mia Goth!

Mia Goth delivers a standout performance as the tragic figure, Sara. I was completely blown away by Goth’s subtle expressions and natural chemistry with Johnson. Always in a state of believability, Goth captures so much emotion during some shocking scenes of absolute horror.

3) The Real MVP!

Tilda Swinton delivers such a commanding performance as director Madame Blanc, viewers will be unable to take their eyes off of her. As Blanc, Swinton manages to be incredibly selfish, scheming, and murderously manipulative; all at the same time.

3) The Score!

You can’t fool me! This wasn’t a score to Suspiria, it’s a Radiohead album! Just as Goblin transformed the original’s unique soundtrack, Radiohead’s Thom Yorke experiments with memorable piano ballads, mechanical beats, and atmospheric songs.
