After getting their first graphic novel, the beloved characters from the fan-favorite TV series are back in Holliston: Carnival of Carnage (Source Point Press). This second time around, the cult TV show by horror filmmaker Adam Green battles the creepiest clowns you have seen!

As we previously mentioned, the Holliston graphic novel is based on the cult TV show by Adam Green, but it’s not just for fans of the show. The gang (and nearly every supporting character) from Adam Green’s cult favorite TV show is back! And they’re battling creepy clowns, romantic rivals, and a trip to the freak show tent!

Here are 5 reasons why we’re excited for Holliston: Carnival of Carnage:

5) Murder Pepper Chili!

According to Previews, when Laura competes in the town carnival’s chili cook-off, her famous “Murder Pepper Chili” transforms the citizens of Holliston into raging zombies, and only our lovable losers/heroes can save the day. Joe has a plan, but will it work? Can Adam face his fear of the freak show tent? Is Corri going to kick a bunch of ass? And will Laura win the contest or whatever?

4) The Gang’s Back!

Adam, Joe, Laura, Corris, Lance Rockett, W. Axl Rose the Cat, and almost every supporting character you love from the TV series returns in this brand-new, 52-page graphic novel!

3) The Creative Team!

Greg Wright (Monstrous) is back writing, along Stephen Sharar (Wild Bullets), who’s doing the pencils and inks again. Also back with the colors and design is Joshua Werner (Zombie Rush Riot). With Travis McIntire editing, there’s color flatting assistance by Dylan B. Caleho and Rich Bloom and letters by Justin Birch.

2) Friendship is Tragic!

In our review, Holliston: Friendship is Tragic is a true love letter to horror fans. With spot-on hilarious dialogue and such lively illustrations, Holliston: Friendship is Tragic basks in the wittiness of its slapstick humor!

1) Score!

Because Friendship is Tragic was a lot of fun, I expect a lot more out of Carnival of Carnage! There should be freaks, geeks, and slightly more vomit than the average carnival!

Available for preorder, Holliston: Carnival of Carnage arrives on October 31st, 2018.
